Do I need to be good with computers?

No. If you can join a video call and share your screen, you can do this.

What happens in the hour?

We pick your most time-consuming admin job, choose the right tools and set them up with you. You try a real task before we hang up.

What do I get after the session?

Your AI Setup Plan by email within 24 hours (tools, monthly costs, what never goes into AI, next steps), plus 7 days of email follow-up.

Is this safe for patient or client data?

We never need private patient or client details. For health information, we point you to tools that offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on the right plan; OpenAI, for example, signs BAAs only for certain business products. A BAA alone doesn’t make you compliant, and this isn’t legal advice.

I’m a lawyer or an accountant. Is anything different?

We set things up with client confidentiality in mind. For lawyers, we follow ABA Formal Opinion 512 on AI tools. Your professional rules are still your call.

What will the AI tools cost me?

Tool subscriptions are separate, and many have a free plan. We show you each monthly price before you sign up.

How do I pay?

When you book, by card or PayPal, in US dollars. No PayPal account needed to pay by card. No contracts. The fit call is free.

Can I reschedule or get a refund?

Reschedule once for free, up to 24 hours before. Cancel 24 hours or more before for a full refund. Not happy with your session? Email us within 7 days and we refund your $100, minus PayPal’s fee (about $4.70).

What times are the sessions?

US business hours, Eastern to Pacific. The booking page shows times in your own time zone.

Do you need my passwords?

No. You log in to your own accounts and keep every login.

What is the free 15-minute fit call?

A short video call to see if a setup session fits your work. If AI isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.

Can you promise how much time I will save?

No. It depends on your work. We set up one real job so you can see the result yourself.

Do you give legal, medical or tax advice?

No. We help you choose and set up AI tools. For legal, medical or tax questions, talk to a qualified professional.
