What we collect

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. It records details such as the page you visited, the referring site, your browser and device type and your country, and we only see aggregated statistics. This website does not use tracking cookies. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which is embedded on our booking page. When you book, Cal.com processes the details you enter (such as your name, email, chosen time and notes) on our behalf, under its own privacy policy, and may set cookies needed for the booking to work. Paid sessions are paid through PayPal, which processes your payment details under its own privacy statement; we don’t see your card number.

The contact form on the home page does not send data to a server: it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and we only receive what you choose to send.

Blog newsletter

If you subscribe to the blog newsletter, we store your email address, the date and time you gave consent and the wording you agreed to, the page you signed up on, whether you have confirmed your subscription, and a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to block abuse), in our database on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that sign-ups come from people, and Cloudflare Email Service to send the emails. We first send one confirmation email; you only receive articles after you confirm. Our legal basis is your consent.

We use your address only to email you new articles from Spark Tech (roughly once a month). We never sell or share it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by replying or writing to contact@hellospark.tech. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you straight away and keep only a record of the unsubscribe so we don’t contact you again; ask us and we will delete it entirely.

How we use it

We use the details you send us only to respond to your request and, if we work together, to manage that engagement. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we only send newsletter emails to people who have subscribed and confirmed.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@hellospark.tech.
