Reschedule

Reschedule once for free, up to 24 hours before your session. Use the link in your booking confirmation email, or email us.

Cancel

Cancel 24 hours or more before your session and we refund the full $100.

No refund for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before.

Money-back promise

Not happy with your session? Email us within 7 days and we refund your $100, minus PayPal’s processing fee (about $4.70).

How to ask

Email contact@hellospark.tech with the name and email you booked with. Refunds go back through PayPal to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
